Pharmacy Specialists Accreditation Board (PSAB)
The PSAB defines the specialties in the practice of pharmacy and certifies those who have met the requisites of both qualifications and experience for registration as specialists.

The PSAB determines the qualifications, experience and other conditions; as well as the training programmes which are to be recognised for registration as specialists under the Pharmacists Registration Act 2007.
Functions of the Board
The functions of the PSAB, as stated in the Pharmacists Registration Act 2007, are:
To determine the qualifications, experience and other conditions for registration as specialists under this Act;
To define specialties in the practice of pharmacy for the purposes of maintaining and keeping the Register of Specialists;
To accredit the training programmes to be recognised for persons who intend to qualify for registration as specialists under this Act;
To certify persons who have qualifications for registration as specialists under this Act;
To recommend to the Council programmes for the continuing of pharmacy education of persons who are registered as specialists under this Act; and
To advise the Council on matters affecting or connected with the registration of specialists under this Act
